Elm Cottage
Everyone’s dream home! Equally in keeping with a seaside village or a small country town, this is a graceful house of warmth and hospitality. The kit comes complete with sashes, bays, cills and stair railings.

1st and 2nd floor rooms are identical, being:
1 room @ 285 x 332 x 200mm (11.25 x 13.25 x 8 inches)

The attic rooms are the same dimensions except that the ceiling is sloped.
Basement
A front opening basement to fit Elm Cottage. This addition to Elm Cottage makes it difficult to choose. As with the other new basements it features our very special railings and steps down to the lower door.

Decorating
The inner door can be obtained by ordering DH054. It is recommended that decoration should be completed before assembly.

Price does not include postage and packing. Please add £3 for standard UK delivery (3-5 days) for all orders under £30. All orders over £30 are delivered free to the UK mainland when using the Standard Delivery Service. All items may be collected from our Barnstaple Dolls House shop, please choose "Collect from Store" when selecting your delivery option.
